We created our Discovery Questionnaire to get to know you and your upcoming travel goals, and ask that you fill it out to start our planning journey together. Your responses allow us to match you with the best Experience Curator and services for your needs. Once we receive your questionnaire, we’ll review your responses and your Curator will be in touch within 24 hours to get a proposal started for you.
If you’re interested in a full-service planning experience with our Carte Blanche offerings, your Curator will also work with you to schedule a Zoom meeting to get better acquainted and review your responses with you personally. Following the meeting, you’ll receive a tailored email proposal encompassing your vacation goals and any relevant planning fees.
Your Curator will be on standby and available to answer any follow-up questions until the proposal is approved by you & we receive the deposit of any applicable planning fees, before moving forward with building your detailed itinerary. This allows you to make changes as needed until you’re ready to start finalizing plans, and our Curators to manage their time efficiently
This is where you sit back and relax, and we dig into what we do best. We’ll nail down all of the details for your trip, curating an experience that will be sure to exceed your expectations. You can be involved as little or as much as you want. We’ll answer any questions, offer advice, and give you a realistic timeline that accounts for various logistics of the destination, how busy (or not busy) you like to be on vacations, and more.
You’ll receive a draft itinerary for your review with all pertinent & available details, along with a quote breaking down each segment of the trip. We can book each reservation separately (for example, book your hotel first while we sort out activities and/or flights) or all at once, it’s completely up to you. We won’t reserve or book anything without your approval, ever.
After your personalized itinerary is finalized and you approve the details, we’ll get to work finalizing all of your reservations. You’ll receive access to our app with all places, times, and confirmation numbers. Any flight information is tracked live from the app and you’ll have access to add and customize more trip details on your own there as well.
Leading up to your trip, we’ll email you prior to departure to confirm any travel advisories and documentation requirements, the weather forecast for your time away, and any other information that might be helpful as you prepare to leave.
During the entirety of the time leading up to your trip, your Curator will be able to help you make additional arrangements or modify plans as appropriate – including making recommendations and reservations for dining, tours and charters, and more. You’ll have their direct contact information and receive responses quickly during business hours, as well as have access to our full concierge team.
Our planners make every effort to anticipate your needs, preferences, and any logistical challenges before you travel. Additionally, we are available before, during, and after your trip to answer any unexpected questions or assist with unforeseen circumstances. If you have any questions, concerns, or surprises during your travels – we are available 24/7 with emergency support to have your back, and you’ll have the full strength of our agency and partner relationships behind you.
