Important Information for PRE-EXISTING Hotel, Resort, or Cruise Reservations
We are happy to provide support and assistance for your already-booked accommodations and cruises. Please note that our services are available for future reservations only, and we cannot intervene once you have checked in. Reservations must have been booked by you directly through the provider’s website. Reservations through OTAs or third-party websites (credit card portals, Expedia, Hotels.com, etc) are not eligible.
TRANSPORTATION ARRANGEMENTS
Please note that we offer our a la carte transportations services for convenience only and recognize that they may not be the most economical option in many circumstances. We encourage you to explore our full-service Carte Blance option as a potentially more value-based alternative for your travels.
Commercial Flights, Ground Transportation, Tours, and Other Activities
$50 per reservation for ground transportation &$100 for domestic and international flights
Commercial flight reservations are considered on a per person basis
Signature Concierge Service and access to our trip management app are also included
Private Air & Water Charters, Tours, and Other Activities
Complimentary when booked through one of our partners or most commercial charter companies.
$250 fee may apply if the reservation is through a private individual.

MONARCH’S SIGNATURE CONCIERGE SERVICE WITH APP ACCESS
Our Signature Concierge Service is end-to-end reservation management by a certified travel professional and is complimentary with any accommodations, cruise, or full-service trip you have booked with us. It is not available as a stand-alone service at this time.
We will be in direct contact with the on-location management team associated with your reservation to ensure you have the best experience while traveling. We’ll also monitor and notify you of travel advisories, documentation requirements, weather forecasts, and special packing recommendations for your destination. You’ll have access to our iOS/Android compatible app to help you organize your reservation information as well, which attaches destination addresses & contact information, confirmation numbers, schedules and live flight tracking, and more.
